Alright so I decided to give the Item Manager a go. The first thing I did was change my soldiers default rocket launcher to have the type: Strange and a burning effect. I reconnected to the server after pressing save as it told me to, but I do not notice anything? There is no change. I tried with Demomans default and Scouts default primary too. Nothing happened, please help?
