Save the list as autoexec.cfg and put it in your cfg folder of teamfortress 2.
(usually: ...steam/steamapps/common/Teamfortress 2/tf/cfg)

If you already own an autoexec.cfg, just save the list as something else (aliaslist.cfg for example),
put it in the same folder and open your autoexec.cfg and add "exec aliaslist.cfg" there.

Copy these in autoexec.cfg in this folder Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg
Create an autoexec.cfg file if you don't have one

now if you type in console turbine it will connect you automatically to saigns de turbine server and so on.
