Hello, my account was hacked a while ago and i have been banned from a lot of community servers because the person that hacked my account seems to have used cheats on community servers. I know this because cheating is what I have been banned for on other servers that the person that hacked my account went on. Please may you unban my account so that i may play on your servers.

Because you are auto-banned by our anti cheat system , probably used lmaobox. As our admin Schneider said already , no unban. You can make a new steam account and play again.

is it impossible to unban someone when it was an auto-banned or is it just something you dont want to do

It's possible to unban if a player is banned by mistake , in your case there is no mistake so you will stay banned..

Your account is your responsibility , we have rules , somebody (or you) hacked with that account so account is banned. If you want to play again on Saigns , please make a new one.

however the only thing i did wrong was connect to the internet one day and then my account was hacked. I didn't download anything or connect to a hacking website or anything because my account was hacked due to someone hacking into my account details and taking control of my account therefore i cant possibly be held responsible as the entire thing was 100% out of my control
