[RUNOFF] - Ladder bug caused by bots

I never thought this was a bug until Paula showed me otherwise.

Here is the problem. The ladders are surrounded by some kind of invisible walls after some time and you can no longer interact with them at all until an admin resets the map where the invisible walls no longer exist. Those invisible walls tend to appear late in the game, hence why I do not have a demo as of right now since Paula reset the map.

Please look into this as it is annoying that you cannot climb ladders after a while.
