Well did you look everywhere in your E-Mail Account ? ( Junk Folder etc.)

Did Saigns book any Money yet, if not try again with another name to register and do that again with your Phone or better do it with PaysafeCard, you can buy that from any Petrol Station (its easier).

Please avoid using a Hotmail address, Hotmail is notoriously bad with delayed email delivery or incorrectly marking it as spam.

You could check your online spam/bulk forlder or use another email. Gmail works great.
