How is rank calculated on the server?

Hi. Does anyone know how rank is calculated on the CSS servers?
Also what is the breakdown of points ie... kills, bomb defuse, hostage rescue, time on the server, killing a hostage rescuer or person defusing a bomb? Are there more points for headshot kills and things which take more skill?

Hey, well like i see, you get Points for Killing, Planting the Bomb, Diffusing the Bomb, Rescue Hostage.
