Calm Before Storm and SAMAN offensive language de_dust2

Hello,

I hope this finds the admin team well.

I was playing on de_dust2 and came across the following players:
Calm Before Storm [U:1:1474371998] (above player has had similar issues in the past: https://forums.saigns.de/showthread....m-Dauerflaming)

and also SAMAN [U:1:25381313]

They were being verbally abusive and racist during the game. I cautioned them to stop and they increased their offensive language. I warned them that I was recording a demo and the still continued to be abrasive. If you would, please take a look at their chat logs and take appropriate action as you deem fit.

Thanks Fidget for this quick reaction. This guy has now received at least 3-4 bans for being abusive. When will the next step be taken (just out of curiosity)?

The sanction increases each time, I'm not sure what next step you think we take?
