We suggest that you use a translator, such as Google Translate, before you jump to conclusions that they are saying anything against the server rules.

The point being repeated here is that if you think someone has done something wrong and broken a server rules, then you know to make an admin call or report it here, or in Saigns chat. Confronting it on server as you have done, is not the way to go.
