Hallo zusammen, ich habe letzte Woche Mittwoch das Geld für meinen Premium Account per Echtzeit Überweisung überwiesen. Müsste eigentlich längst angekommen sein, habe aber bisher weder eine Bestätigung per Mail erhalten, noch wurde mein Account freigegeben. Evtl könnt ihr mal nachgucken, Geld ist auch direkt vom Konto weggegangen, eure Konto Daten habe ich gerade nochmal gegen gecheckt die habe ich auch richtig angegeben. Presumably you paid by bank transfer?

Please give details of the date, time and amount paid, and also your steam ID or community page link.

Bank transfers can sometimes take a week to process, Paypal is always instant.
