Hi All

i did pay 3.99 Euro 2 times by paypal . no one success to activate my premium
please check this issue

Paypal is instant, your payment most likely did not go through or complete.

What date did you do this?

no it's completed payment

it was 2 payments. on 17/10 3.99 Euro
and 20/10 also 3.99 Euro

it looks like it could be a Paypal Transaction ID, it will be in your payment receipt email from Paypal.

What is the other one, you said you paid twice?

i can't find the other one ..
maybe it was by credit card not paypal

Both transactions say "case under review" which means that you disputed them, so the activation would not have completed.

If you close both cases then the payment can compete and the owner can activate for you.
