There was only one transaction on september the 16 for a one month premium which expired 12 days ago. There arent any other payments.

It is evident that you paid for 1 month on September 16th 2024, it is also evident from the server logs that you utilized that premium account on the servers during the period September 16th to October 16th (the premium account expired on the 16th October).

From the screenshot you posted: it is clear that you placed a dispute with Paypal over the transaction that covered your premium from 16th September to 16th October, despite having utilized the service. Should Paypal return that payment then you would have obtained the service without paying for it. Without going into the legalities of that, you would be indebted to Saigns for that one month and any additional fees applied by Paypal. If that is your intention then you can not expect to have access to the premium service, and indeed risk not having access to the servers at all.

I'm sure this is a mistake on your part, since you are so keen to have the premium activated again and are actively playing on the servers. Please ensure that you have closed any dispute with Paypal over the payment you made on the 16th Spetember.

Even if you did pay by credit card, the payments are stilled processed via Paypal (as the merchant) and all transactions are recorded by Paypal. You clearly have a Paypal account, so all transactions you have made (using whatever payment method you select) will be recorded in your Paypal account.

tF has said that there is only the one transaction from you (16th September), unless you can show another transaction that is in your Paypal account then you have not completed a 2nd payment. Perhaps you missed a step in the payment process.

Payments processed through Paypal are activated within minutes, but if you are connected to a server at the time of processing then you will need to reconnect after completion.

Payment by card (via Paypal) or Paypal account is always instant activation. Bank transfers can take up to a week to show up.
