Dear Admin,

I hope you're doing well. I am reaching out to request a review of the ban placed on account, STEAM_0:1:6195134, in Counter-Strike. I understand that rules are in place to maintain fair play. With that being said, I've played with this player for years on your servers without ever having any issues regarding his possibilty of cheating or disrepecting another player. He definelty does NOT cheat which is why I would appreciate reconsidering his ban. Has far as having an attitude, we are all guilty of it at some point. It's the competiveness within. Please consider my long lasting active profile has creditbility.

We are committed to following the community guidelines and ensuring a fair gaming experience for everyone.

We appreciate, as I am sure your friend does, you coming in here and making an appeal on their behalf, but we would expect the individual to make that request. As I recall he did that previously and it was already addressed some time ago.

In other words, as long-time donors, there are no reconsiderations. Is that correct? Especially when we are certain that he doesn't cheat. Am I understanding this correctly? If so, as individuals that donate to your servers, one fraction is all it takes to ban us based on opinions. That really shows the level of appreciation you have for individuals that have donated to your server for several years with our hard earn money. Also, I would expect us (steam community) to stand up for what's right. That's why I chose to help with the appeal.

No: in other words reconsideration was already made (by multiple admins) on his request, subsequently assessments were then given and the ban stood. He may not play with that particular steam ID here, it does not prevent him from playing with any other Steam ID that is not already in the ban system. We do not ban individuals, we ban steam IDs.

Just saying that you do not believe he cheats does not equate to fact. If that were the case then we could equally ban merely on the basis that we only believe someone cheats. Cheats are evidenced with a demo or more and a request for reconsideration examines that evidence again. That has already happened, and arguing about it is not going to change that.

HookemHorns79 Hi mate thanks for this, but as you can see, doesn't matter who says its not cheats, the admin won't change their mind.

I've been contacted by many Saigns members and players who've viewed the demo and even some who don't play on the server, say that's no way considered cheating. Some even as I said, it's the most basic game play they've seen. There's no keen play. Many play a lot better than this and you'd think they hack from their first few kills if you didnt know them.

I can easily explain each and every kill in that demo and I would have done, but knowing how things work here, it falls on deaf ears. Many have messaged me to upload it to youtube and let the world judge, but it's not worth that much attention. I don't see it making any difference at all.

The fact that I can still play but under another ID just shows how flawed that ban is and was.

and as for the comments on the thread you just couldn't take replies on so had to lock,

1 - the magic comment was from your saigns member who I then replied to as aladin
2 - where did I say I am a pro player or have been?
