[banned] Cheating, glitching

I am submitting two demo files for your review. It is the same player in both video's, the player frequently changes (steals) other players' names to cause confusion and griefing on the server. The Steam ID of this player is U:1:834133346, (76561198794399074 ).

The first video shows the player named as Normaximus and shows him glitching other players (holding them in place, and not allowing them to move) by using the gravity gun to place objects around the player (victim). it also shows him glitching the nuke button, causing it to constantly go off multiple times in a row. Furthermore, when I call for an admin he will kill himself and act innocent. His actions are forcing the good players to leave the game.

The second video shows him repeatedly switching between teams. He will spawn as a combine then quickly switch to rebel. This will give him the upper hand by spawning him on the combine side and the bots and players will continue to see him as a combine. He then kills multiple players and bots without getting shot himself.

Note, the second file exceeded 20 megs and I wasn't allowed to upload it. I am not able to edit the file at this time. I will try to edit it down and upload it later.
