I got banned and I do not know why! Please unban

Hey supporters!
Tonight at 00:08 i got banned from the Saigns Servers. Because i was playing really good (about a 1:10 kdr) one guy tryed to get rid of me through trying to let me ban. But i did not use any cheat at all just because i did something like a luckshot through smoke he thought I was a cheater.. I bought premium and just because i am a good player i really do not want to be banned. So please check it out and unban me again! My Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:41385680

You will have to discuss and wait for the Admin who's responsible for that action. He's currently absent, so please wait a few more hours for his reply. He will most likely tell you more details, that we're not aware of atm.

So now something to the admin: I have looked at the demo, and I think that proves quite clearly that I DO NOT use wallhack.I am not shooting through the walls or anything. I'm even particularly bad in the form on this video compared with me normally. I'm asking
basti or somebody else, to look at the demo again, and to decide whether it is really necessary to ban someone who has definitely no wallhack. Thank you for your understanding! Best regards Kosak!

2.) Shroomer i di not kill anybode with a headshot through smoke ..? Where did you see that..? I watched the video now several times and i cannot see me using a wallhack at any time!! So please basti check it out again and unban me please..!
